But to keep it short & sweet… Taylor and our Lead Coordinator, Heather, were the absolute BEST money we could have spent. We had a previous planner become unresponsive about 5 months out from our wedding day. The Perfect Touch KC stepped up and brought my vision to life. They were great listeners, asked the right questions, and did not let a detail go unnoticed. Heather came with me to all of our wedding appointments and made notes so I did not have to worry about anything. Our wedding day was SO SO perfect and it was in large part to Heather and her team. I get sad thinking back to our wedding on April 15 because I want to relive the day over and over. But I am so incredibly happy because everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. Heather is absolutely amazing from talking down any anxiety’s during meetings, laying out a plan of action, creating the perfect timeline, and simply having her by my side the day of the wedding while knowing she and her team had everything under control was an unexplainable feeling! Plus she is one of the sweetest humans I have ever met, her personality and contagious smile reminds me of sunshine!! Taylor did our decor planning and saying she nailed it is an understatement! "We had an interesting journey getting to the Perfect Touch KC. We had a wedding planner become unresponsive 5 months out from our wedding day and so I was very apprehensive about signing up for another planner. After some convincing from my wife, I agreed to meet with Taylor and her lead planner Heather. After 5 minutes of talking I was sold on Taylor’s organization and especially Heather. Heather listened first. She listened to my wife’s vision and made it a reality. We had just the right amount of meetings (all flexible to work with my busy work travel schedule) and every meeting had a point. We weren’t just meeting to talk. Everything had direction. Our day was nothing less than perfect and a lot of that had to do with Heather. Every vendor was taken care of, every detail thought of, and every crisis averted (if there was one, I didn’t know about it, because of Heather). We didn’t get to work with anyone else from Taylor’s team, but do your future wife a favor and ask for Heather, from a grooms perspective she was the best planner we could have asked for. Worth every single penny."

"My daughter was so blessed to have won a wedding management package through a GIVEAWAY that Taylor did on Instagram. We cried tears of joy when Taylor announced she was the winner. It was a true blessing! During our first meeting Taylor said you will be treated like a paying customer and she stuck to her word. She helped us find the best vendors in the business and helped us get some quotes. We decided to purchase the Design Package as an add on to the management package. Taylor had everything we needed in her inventory. She has created a process that covers all the bases. Her and her team are organized and efficient. I cant imagine what our day would have been like without them. Our lead coordinator Heather was so kind and fun to talk to during our meetings. She created the perfect timeline! We didn't want our guest sitting around waiting, wondering what was going on and her timeline and guidance throughout the day kept things flowing perfectly. Heather and her assistants were nearby every step of the way. This day was more beautiful and stress free than we ever imagined possible. They brought everything we rented and set it up and took it down. They dealt with every vendor! Getting ready at the venue was fun since we didn't have to do all the work! "Heather is a rockstar! Her communication in the planning process was always quick, direct, and she had all the details - even when I had to ask the same questions over again because I forgot! The whole team jumped in and helped us with place settings, refilling waters, anything that we needed. When we had problems with outdoor items falling in waters, they jumped back and helped us replace and refill so that we could get dinner out as well. Super helpful the whole night! I absolutely loved having TPT on our vendor team this weekend.
Heather did a really great job of directing the coordinator team and all the other vendors throughout the room flip process. The whole vendor team was able to work as a true team and help each other out throughout the night. Extra rock star points for helping with everything on the room flip as well!
I was so impressed with the TPT Team's not only willingness but want to go above and beyond when mother nature (the crazy wind) decided that we needed to replace waters for guests in the middle of dinner service. It was so helpful that we were able to keep going and not delay dinner during that time! Amazing job with another TPT wedding!"
